Our policy on refunds, exchanges, and pattern corrections for digital downloads.
Because all of our patterns are instant digital downloads (PDF files delivered immediately after purchase), we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been delivered. This policy is standard across the digital pattern industry, as the nature of digital goods makes it impossible to "return" them.
We take pattern accuracy very seriously. Every Novalis Digital pattern is tested by real crocheters before release. However, if you discover an error in one of our patterns, please contact us at hello@novalisdigital.store with your order number and a description of the issue. We will:
If you accidentally purchase the same pattern twice, please contact us with your order details and we will issue a refund or store credit for the duplicate.
Patterns purchased as part of a bundle or at a discounted price are subject to the same no-refund policy. The discounted price reflects the savings already applied.
