Every Novalis Digital pattern starts the same way: as a project we wanted to make ourselves, then couldn't find written clearly enough. We test each design through several rounds of stitching before it's ever listed, and rewrite any instruction that a test-crocheter has to re-read twice.
Today the shop is a small, tightly-run studio — no ghost-written patterns, no AI-generated instructions passed off as tested work. Just patterns we've actually made.
Every pattern is stitched by a real tester before release — stitch counts are checked, not assumed.
If a round needs a photo to make sense, it gets one. We write for the maker, not to look impressive.
